1. Who we are & scope

Pesanzy is a product of PT Hikarsa Nova Indonesia (Hikanova), currently in development. This policy covers the Pesanzy website and the early access form. When the Pesanzy app is released, this policy will be updated first. This website does not use tracking cookies.

2. Early access form data

When you sign up for early access, we receive:

• Your email and business name (required).
• Your type of business (optional).
• Whether our team may contact you (optional, unchecked by default).

3. How data is used

We use this data to update you on Pesanzy's progress and the early access program, and to understand what kinds of businesses are interested. We only contact you for a conversation if you ticked that option. Data is never sold or shared for advertising.

4. Storage & third parties

Sign-up data is stored with the Resend email service, in a list used only for Pesanzy, and is only used to send news about Pesanzy.

5. How long data is kept· Retention

Sign-up data is deleted 12 months after Pesanzy is released, or sooner if you ask.

6. Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at halo@hikanova.com. We handle data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its effective date.
