Guests order from the table, the kitchen knows right away.
We're building Pesanzy for cafes, restaurants, and warungs: guests order by scanning a QR code at the table, the order lands in the kitchen queue, and the cashier just bills.
Table 7
- 2× Fried rice
- 1× Iced tea
- Ordered
- Cooking
- Ready
At lunch rush, the busiest job is writing orders down.
A handwritten order travels from the table to the kitchen to the cashier. Every handoff is a chance for it to stall or go missing.
At the table
Guests wave and wait while the only server is busy delivering another table's food.
To the kitchen
An order slip gets lost, or the cook reads the handwriting differently.
At the register
The bill is checked against the order notes again, one table at a time.
A common scenario, not a quote from a user.
One order, from the table to the bill.
Pesanzy follows the path orders already take in your business, minus the paper.
Table
Scan, pick, send
Each table has its own QR code. Guests open the menu on their phone, choose, and send the order.
Kitchen
Queued, then marked ready
Orders appear in sequence on the kitchen screen with the table number. The kitchen marks each one when it's ready to serve.
Cashier
The bill is already there
The cashier sees the bill built from the same order, with nothing to re-enter. Walk-up orders can still be keyed in.
The flow we're building. It may change.
What we're building
Four core features for the order flow, plus tools for operations, guests, and AI assistance.
QR ordering at the table
Each table has its own QR code. Guests browse the menu and send their order from their own phone.
Kitchen queue
Orders land on the kitchen screen in sequence, and the kitchen marks each one when it's ready.
Cashier
Bills are built from each table's order. The cashier can also key in orders for guests who don't use the QR code.
Order status for guests
Guests can see whether their order is cooking or ready.
Operations
- Menu & ingredient stock
- Manage the menu and keep an eye on ingredients running low.
- Cashier shifts
- Open and close shifts with a recap per cashier.
- Staff roles
- Separate accounts for cashiers, the kitchen, and managers.
- Multiple outlets
- Run more than one location from a single account.
Guests
- Loyalty points
- A points program for guests who come back.

- Table reservations
- Guests book a table before they arrive.
- Reviews
- Feedback after the meal, collected in one place.
AI assistance
For owners who want to know what's happening in their business without opening report after report.
- A weekly sales summary in plain language.
- Menu suggestions, such as dishes that rarely sold this week.
- An estimate of the ingredients to prepare.
- Draft replies to guest reviews.
AI never changes your menu, prices, or stock, and never replies to reviews, without your approval.

Common questions
What is Pesanzy?
Pesanzy is a digital ordering system PT Hikarsa Nova Indonesia (Hikanova) is building for food businesses: guests order on their own by scanning a QR code at the table, and orders go straight to the cashier and the kitchen queue.
Can I use Pesanzy yet?
Not yet. Pesanzy is still in development and hasn't been released. Join early access to hear first.
How much does it cost?
Pricing hasn't been announced. Early access sign-ups will hear about it first.
Do guests have to order on their phone?
No. The cashier can still key in orders for guests who order at the counter, so the QR code is an extra option.
Do I need special hardware?
We don't plan to require any. The cashier and kitchen can use a phone, tablet, or laptop with a web browser.
Does Pesanzy use AI?
Yes, it's being built for sales summaries, menu suggestions, ingredient estimates, and draft review replies. The business owner always decides.
